RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you need to return a purchase made online we're happy to offer an exchange or provide an online credit.
An exchange or online credit for full priced items will be provided when:
– The product is in a saleable condition along with original packaging and all tags attached
– The product is not worn, damaged, altered or washed. 
Online credits will expire 3 months from date issued and can only be used to purchase via our online not in store.


Please contact us at team@thearchive.com.au with your return query prior to return, item must be received by us within 10 days of purchase. 
Return shipping costs are at the customers expenses and tracking is highly recommended
Original invoice must be included with your return

REFUND POLICY

We really want you to be happy with your purchase but The Archive will exchange or issue an online credit for any full priced items but only if there is a manufacturing fault and if its returned in its original state.

Pretty fair and pretty standard, really...
